Your Mission:
You will lead Agile facilitation for the Core Product team, aiming to elevate the speed and quality of project development. Your goal is not just to run ceremonies, but to foster an environment where every team member can deliver their best results.
About the Project:
Complex FinTech Product: You’ll be working on the core of a modern investment and financial platform designed for fund and portfolio management. The system integrates a wide range of tools and modules, supporting the full investment lifecycle—from portfolio creation and analysis to performance monitoring and risk management.
Real Impact Zone: The project is in an active development phase. We’re scaling the architecture, adding new modules, and continuously improving analytics. Your process optimization efforts will directly influence the speed of delivering critical functionality.
Pragmatic Scrum Focus: We value principles over rituals. Your mission is to ensure processes serve the team—not the other way around.
What you will do:
- Facilitate Scrum events (from Planning to Retrospective), making them highly productive and value-driven.
- Act as a “shield” for the team: proactively identify and resolve blockers and organizational obstacles.
- Manage operational flow and resources, ensuring transparency and predictability for stakeholders.
- Serve as an internal coach, nurturing mature Agile practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Our expectations:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in IT, with a deep understanding of Agile Manifesto principles.
- Speaks the team’s language—and the client’s language of results.
- Hands-on experience in facilitation and resolving complex team situations.
- English (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence as tools for setting up efficient workflows.
- Understanding and is readiness to dive into the FinTech and investment domain.
- Certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Agilist, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies in teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles is a plus.
