Head of Department

Alexander Zhendinsky

Alexander Zhendinsky

I joined the company back in 2003 as a Junior QA Engineer. In a couple of years the team grew in size and I became the head of the software testing area within the company. And in 2009, I took the helm of the QA Department.

Currently, I'm mostly responsible for QA project management, account management, and other tasks. The department has much work to do, as software testing from Qulix is in much demand.

Team Building

Our QA engineers do not miss a chance to have fun together. That can be anything — bowling, carting, nature retreat, or rafting with campout.

Have no time or mood for going out? You can always opt for a lighter version and join informal meetings with pizzas, board games, and chit-chat.

In-House Training / QA Training Academy

The department's experts conduct their own QA training and from time to time admit to their training courses at the QA Training Academy.

The training course is based on theoretical and practical seminars, where students dive into the peculiar nature of the operation and testing of client-server apps, with the client being a mobile device, a browser, etc. They select tools, methods, and processes depending on the market needs and current projects. The best students get a job at the department.

An additional bonus to such training is casual weekly meetings of testers where they discuss burning professional issues and deliver mini presentations to their peers, followed by discussions and questions.
