On February 17, 2020, IAOP released the 2020 Global Outsourcing 100® list which it publishes on an annual basis. As it goes from the name, this rating includes Top-100 outsourcing service companies from all over the world. And guess what? We are on it too!
The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 includes both larger established global companies represented in the Leader Category and smaller ones showing a lot of promise and fast growth in the Rising Star Category. Applications were sent by companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics, to name a few.
The main selection criteria were company profits, team growth, best projects, customer references, corporate social responsibility programs and innovations. The selection process is based on applications received, while judging utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
