Key topics covered:

  • Technological advancements and the evolving role of business analysts;
  • Emerging trends in business analysis;
  • The impact of AI on the BA profession;
  • Technical and soft skills for BAs to excel in 2024;
  • Major obstacles business analysts have to overcome today.

Qulix was represented by Veronika Anisimkova, our seasoned business analyst and an experienced IT mentor. In her presentation titled “Mentor’s View: Tech Skills Pivoting BA Advancement”, Veronika delved into her real-life case study, emphasizing the nuances of BA training and common hurdles practitioners tackle. Her unique perspective shed light on the transformations happening with the role of BAs, drawing on her extensive experience as a mentor.

Veronika’s speech was warmly welcomed by the listeners. The flood of questions underscored just how vital her topic was to the BA community, sparkling lively debates and exchanges that left everyone feeling energized and inspired.

She thanked the conference hosts, her listeners, and colleagues for their support and shared her emotions after delivering the presentation:

“I’ve had speaking engagements before, and honestly, doing it online is not the same. When you’re one-on-one with your presentation, you’re unable to feel the energy or get immediate feedback from the audience. So, I want to extend my gratitude to each colleague for the support and feedback you’ve sent my way.”
