The Challenge

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group faced an urgent need to overhaul its aging digital infrastructure to keep pace with modern expectations for digitalization, speed, and banking-from-home convenience. Their legacy systems were ill-equipped to support the rapid, always-on interactions with today’s audience.

The Project

Our client, a trusted banking institution with over 30 years of experience, set out to transform its operations for the digital age. This meant migrating all traditional banking services into a fully digital ecosystem. The bank planned to launch a new-age online banking solution to serve individuals on web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
