We have recently refined our growth strategy, shifting to a more focused approach that emphasizes business solutions and a specific set of managed services. In connection with the upcoming team expansion in the near future, we are growing our Business Development department and are currently looking for a Lead Generator to join our Outreach team.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies and identify potential prospects.
  • Actively participate in defining campaign parameters, including identifying business needs, establishing the ICP, targeting key markets, and more.
  • Create targeted contact groups based on the selected ICPs.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation processes that align with business objectives.
  • Set up and enhance lead generation tools.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects within the CRM.
  • Perform initial communication with prospects (LinkedIn, e-mail).
  • Facilitate connections between prospects with the Sales team at later stages.

We expect:

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
  • Previous experience in lead generation for IT businesses (2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and their value to businesses, with the ability to identify target audiences and articulate the importance of these solutions to potential clients.
  • Experience in launching campaigns with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability in reporting and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience engaging both with the US/EU and CIS markets, identifying key decision-makers and establishing communication with them.
