Generally it is always difficult to answer since many software development companies are very similar.
It means that we usually try to adhere to wishes of our client. For example this is related to changes in requirements – although we have formal procedure of change management (Guideline is included), we usually try to approach each requested change reasonably. Moreover, we are not a big company in terms of size and we really understand that this may bring a lot of benefit to our client because of much lower level of bureaucracy and very fast reaction time (all business emails are answered within 2 business hours, changes requests are also implemented quite quickly).
We experience a stable company growth at about 20-25% per year. However the temps of growing were not so high since there was an increasing competition for qualified resources in the local market (Eastern Europe) last years. The key point here is that we do not want to hire non-qualified resources even for projects which are already opened and have open vacations. Many companies select the way of quick growing, however they limit types of projects they may execute. They have a lot of resources, but they may execute only a project of a very low complexity since Lead/Architectural level they have is very thin. We are rather focused on balanced team thus we keep and develop expertise and able to provide stronger teams.
