The Development of a Supplier Relationship Management System

The customer is a governmental organization. The goal of the project was to adjust the existing procurement procedure in accordance with EU standards and to provide its high efficiency and transparency.

The following functions were implemented within the system: preparation, coordination and publication of tender documentation, communication with the suppliers in the course of tendering process, registration of tender proposals, publication of tender results, management of contracts and other associated documents.

Implemented tasks

Contact management module development (automated creation on the basis of a template, coordination, confirmation, follow-up control, closing);

Development of the tender documentation publishing module;

Report module development.

The system is in operational testing, the functionality is being extended and user friendliness is being improved.
