iGuide

Overview

iGuide is an Android application created by Qulix Systems which provides users with detailed information on the city, its attractions, points-of-interest etc.

Key Features

• Android based application;
• Uses GPS technology to identify user’s location and provide him with a list of Points-of-interest (POI – cafes, fuel stations, shops, etc) nearby (within the selected range);
• User may build a route from the current location to the chosen POI;
• Businesses can publish their special offers and products, show reviews, send electronic discount coupons (through special web portal);
• Users may record own events and bind them to a certain location including photo/video information (For example – “Story about how one guy parked his car here near IL-Patio”);
• Premium segment of Android owners ensures high popularity of the solution;
• Users may perform search of places around them within a certain radius (within 100 m, 500m, 1 km etc);
• Additionally, they can search for a closest location of a certain brand/café/etc (“Where is the closest to me ZARA boutique?”);
• All places have associated user’s rating (number of stars);
• It is possible to define Favorite places, see which places are in the Top list according to users opinion;
• Users may review profile of any organization;
• Additionally, it is possible to review photos/videos related to that certain place (POI Media Gallery).
