Programmer Day + QA Specialist Day = Qulix Systems
Programmer and QA Specialist Days were celebrated in Qulix Systems with sports and entertainment outdoor event in amusement park "Dreamland". It was attended by Qulix employees along with their children and relatives.
Working for an IT-company implies not just having definite skills and knowledge about your specialty. And not just the ability to do your work in time and efficiently. It implies also a team spirit which supports and gives confidence that each difficult situation can be settled with the assistance of colleagues. It's a common knowledge that one of the professionalism components is the art to work for success of the whole team. This art is essential not only for managers who direct the work of the team but for common developers as well.
"Each professional creates himself. In our company we do it together, valuing team and friendship. Events aimed at strengthening team spirit and which main idea is unity and cooperation are always actual. It is important for us to be aware of each person involvement into one company, stable and dynamic. We need to work out single goals, remove stress and strengthen the confidence between employees. That is why we organized Programmer's Day outside of office and everyday routine", told Alexey Makarov, Qulix Systems CEO.
The event activities featured active sport and game competitions in which everybody could take part. Volunteers could decorate themselves with body-art or get a caricature portrait from a professional painter. Many other activities were held including Anti-virus, Bug Tracking, tug-of-war, and knight contests with target and log throwing. Emulative spirit, adrenalin, and good moods accompanied every Qulix Systems member this bright September day.
