Qulix Environmental Policy

Due to the size and nature of the activities Qulix has a number of significant environmental impacts affecting the local and global environment.

The Company recognises its impact and has made a corporate commitment to improving its environmental performance through its Environmental Policy.

Here the Company states that it will take environmental considerations into account in all its activities. All Qulix members have a part to play in minimising adverse effects on the environment.

The key points of this Policy are as follows:

• To comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, identifying and applying the best available techniques wherever possible;
• To meet our regulatory requirements and, where possible, go beyond to achieve corporate targets;
• To offer software services and products that reflect quality, innovation and environmental benefits;
• To provide information and appropriate training for and seek feedback from all staff on our environmental procedures and goals and to make environmentally sound decisions in a workplace of choice;
• To promote environmental advancement by working together with employees, suppliers, regulators, industry and the public;

• To conserve natural resources and minimize the environmental impact of waste generation and energy consumption by encouraging our employees, suppliers and customers to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle;
• To discuss the results of our environmental performance internally and externally on a regular basis.

Qulix regularly reviews this policy for applicable improvements, communicates it to all employees and makes it available to the public and all interested parties.

Qulix Health & Safety Policy

Qulix is also committed to take every reasonable effort to eliminate the hazards that cause accidents and injuries.

Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. We are committed to continuing improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education and training.

Our philosophy is that the well-being of our Company and clients is dependent on the health and safety of our workforce. No job is to be regarded so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner. The welfare of the individual is our greatest concern.

We recognize that all workers have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment, consistent with the applicable legislation.

We also recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all employees and subcontractors and that the assistance of each person is required.

Everyone from the Director to new workers has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Let’s all work together to prevent incidents from creating unwanted losses and personal injuries or illnesses.
