On the 25th of April an Open House Day was held at Qulix Systems
Open House Day has started with a press-conference where representatives of "Computer News", "Facts & Arguments in Belarus", "The Belarusians & Market", "The Belarusian Time" and internet-portals such as Kosht.com and Techlabs.by took part in the activity. Speakers at the meeting were CEO of Qulix Systems Alexey Makarov, Chief Operation Officer Valery Tikhonovich, and CEO of scientific-technical association "Infopark" Vladimir Basko. |

After the press-conference was conducted the first of three planned presentations was shown where Valery Tikhonovich has provided major information about general activities and goals of the company and answered the questions of guests. The doors of Qulix Systems were opened all day long which gave the opportunity for 170 people to visit the company. Among the guests were students of Belarussian State University, Belarussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Belarussian National Technical University and other universities of Minsk starting from freshmen to seniors, professional developers & QA specialists. |

Every guest had an opportunity to take part in a guided tour over Qulix Systems office, receive answers to their questions from qualified consultants and had a conversation with CEO Alexey Makarov.
The participants of meeting were very active and Chief of PR Department Valery Tikhonovich had a hard time answering the questions and providing the information about Qulix Systems. The students' main question was about the possibility to combine study and work at session periods, about the opportunity of having practice & trainings at the company, placement of graduates to Qulix Systems and requirements for applicants in software development and QA specialists.
As for the professionals in software development, they have demonstrated high interest in technologies, current projects & clients, near-term goals and perspectives of growth of Qulix Systems. Questions about requirements to project managers and experienced developers, career growth and freelance collaboration were also raised. |

The results are on hand. Right during presentations and guided tours the guests have expressed a wish to become a member of Qulix Systems' team which gave an output of 50 filled in questionnaires and resumes mailed to us next day.
It is worth saying that during the period of preparation for Open House Day the management of the company wasn't expecting such an excitement and flurry among experienced software developers and qualified IT specialists .Today we can freely state that this event was useful both for our guests and clients and us, Qulix Systems team.
