Qulix Systems announced today, October 4, 2006 that the company will be moving into the new office, neighboring with the current location. Evidently, the firm out-grew the space of the office in use due to the rapid expansion and considerate increase of the employee number which, in turn, created a demand for a more spacious place. New office will give the company greater flexibility and room for expansion as needed. The new premises are now being equipped to best fit the needs of the company’s employees and should be ready in one month. This will allow the working team to move to the new location by mid-November.

Qulix Systems announced today that a new representative office of the company was opened in the United Kingdom in September. The new establishment will now be officially representing the interests of the parent company in the territory of the hosting country.

The main purpose of the office is to help establish Qulix Systems presence as a software development services vendor in the British market and to serve as the firm's on-site contact in projects carried out for UK clients. This, in turn, will significantly simplify the communication process with the customers and will allow for immediate resolution of issues during a project. The marketing department of the UK office will be responsible for the business research and evaluation of the firm's strategy compared to major local IT companies and other agents in order to enhance Qulix's competitive advantages in the UK market.

The initial stage of Qulix UK will be to primarily focus on the formation of the project portfolio and client base, in addition to enhancing relationships with existing clients and searching for new potential customers.

Once a customers existing system or business process has been evaluated, Qulix can offer a service to either improve existing solutions or create entirely new products to meet the real business requirements of the client. In terms of business domains the main focus will remain on the development of procurement and banking systems (including Internet banking, validation of cash flow, etc.).

Exceptional competency, expert knowledge and professionalism are key attributes that were identified in the staff recruited for the UK venture, thus ensuring that a best quality service is provided to all clients.

Several days ago our company have started a new promising cooperation with a large Scandinavian company. The first project which is agreed for joint execution is the development of GPS based navigation system for mobile devices. It is expected to continue and extend this fruitful cooperation in future.

Several days ago both sides negotiated and signed a partnership agreement under which Qulix is nominated as Interface's software sales representative on the territory of Belarus, including software from Rational, Oracle, Borland and other companies.
